11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ngsbahis is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where caused by your own failure to secure credentials.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the net PHP deposits made by you to your ngsbahis account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and ngsbahis arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through direct communication in the first instance.

ngsbahis decisions regarding the outcome of bets, game results, account restrictions, and promotional eligibility are final where those decisions are made in accordance with these Terms.
